Her inaugural ensemble at Cannes 2023 was a celestial blue creation by Oscar De La Renta, showcased during a L’Oreal photo session. Later, she was seen in a voluminous, sunflower-yellow gown by the designer Michael Cinco, making a statement on the red carpet.

Aditi’s Current Creative Pursuits

Aditi’s recent work in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s inaugural web show “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar,” has been met with rave reviews. Set against the backdrop of the historic Heeramandi, now in Lahore, the Netflix original delves into the complex interplay between courtesans and their clientele. The series casts a stellar lineup including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman, and Adhyayan Suman.

In a conversation with ANI, Aditi expressed her sentiment on collaborating with Sanjay after their earlier project, Padmaavat (2018). She said, “He crafts such enchanting, all-encompassing realms. He has a way to bring out the best in actors. What distinguishes Heeramandi is its wealth of narratives, each spotlighting a distinct figure. Sanjay Sir infuses his female leads and their tales with immense respect and integrity.”

The actress continued, “He staunchly believes that every woman, no matter her background, is deserving of royal treatment. Their stories merit being told with grace, honor, and bravery. To be part of Heeramandi, to place my entire trust in Sanjay Sir, to learn from his guidance—it’s been an incredible blessing. My affection for Sanjay Sir knows no bounds, and it was a remarkable experience to work alongside him,” she concluded.
